New wave of gbaHD cases based on the design of our popular gbaHD Metal consoles.
These shells are meant for people that want a nice looking, quality console, but don’t want to splurge as much money as our CNC’ed metal cases cost or go for a low-quality FDM case.
Check the different options that we have available and choose the one that fits your style the best!
You can choose between pure white resin, crystal clear, MJF black nylon (same quality as the top/bottom plates on our gbaHD SP Metal consoles) or a combination of the above.
All different options come with 316L stainless steel silver screws, except the full black cases with black screws for better aesthetics.
NOTES:
Caution: Resin cases (white/clear) and threaded holes don’t get along well. Please, make sure the console is working properly before putting the screws in and be gentle when inserting them. Aside of shipping damage, we don’t cover any damages due to you having two left hands and improperly handling these shells. Nitrile/PVC gloves are recommended to handle the assembly of the full clear variant.
Buttons not included. You can source yours or choose from our selection of high-quality buttons, unwired or nicely hand-made for a perfect fit.
Chef’s recommendation: Pair your white or crystal clear shells with silver buttons without LEDs for a cleaner look.
New! For the first time, we take custom orders for the logo on top of your console if you want something a little more personal (for a little fee, of course. If you do something well, never do it for free!). We would need you to provide us with your own 3D file of the logo or a vector of some sort (SVG, AI, etc). Keep in mind that very complex logos or geometries won’t be possible due to material restrictions. We recommend you to contact us before placing your order to see if what you want is actually doable on the material you want. Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! logo is an example of a custom, however, even if the stock pictures show otherwise, every single top comes with the original GBAHD logo by default.
Lead time: If you ever ordered from us before, you’d know that we dispatch orders in 24h most of the time, however, these plastic shells will be offered on-demand, meaning that we will try to keep a certain amount of stock ready to go, but dispatch time may be extended to 4-7 days as may not have them in hand. We are not sure yet which variants are going to be the most popular ones, so we plan to overstock on the ones with higher demand and keep the others are backorders with the aforementioned dispatch time.
