Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In the case that the returned item is not faulty or the reason to return it is not due to Fried Rice Dragon Limited (“us”, “we”, etc), we’ll issue a partial refund discounting the bank fees we incurred during the transaction. Operating a store, no matter the size, has a cost and we have to at least cover the basics.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you already opened it, we’ll charge a restocking fee.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Made-to-order products such a custom consoles or limited editions are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. Under this situation, it’s our duty to honor a warranty even if we are not legally forced to. Service is our top priority.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the our shipping address. All returns have to be approved by us. If the product is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return is at the expense of the buyer.

If you return an order without our permission or reject a delivery because you have incurred into import taxes or any other costs that you are not willing to pay for, please understand it is not our fault either, but we’ll refund you 75% (excluding shipping) as compensation. We are honest, but we don’t work for free.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded as sometimes they are clearance prices where we might be selling leftover stock at very discounted price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email so we can provide you a shipping address.

We reserve ourselves the right to override any of the above clauses if the situation requires so. We aim to offer a quality service and, sometimes, exceptions can be made.
