What is that SF Express I have never heard of?
It is the fastest and most reliable logistics company in China. They carry the packages from Mainland China to Hong Kong and from there they leave by express plane to international destinations. Depending on the situation with the bug in China and the customs in the country of destination, working days, etc, most packages arrive to Europe and North America in less than 10 days. However, it is not guaranteed, so please be a little understanding if your package takes 12 days or more sometimes. Maybe next time it’ll take 5 days. Estimated shipping to Australia is also under 10 working days. If you are interested in a specific country, contact us to know more details.
To other destinations, it can be longer, but it should be into the two-weeks range. Destinations in Latin America, aside of Mexico, may take longer than normal. All of you living over there already know how it is, especially for those in Brazil.
My country is not listed for shipping
If you unfortunately are in a warring country, the Middle East or countries in conflict in Africa, we probably won’t be able to provide you service. Banks over here are pretty strict and we simply are not allowed to receive money from certain countries or the logistics have these countries banned. We’d like to treat everyone equally, but sometimes our hands are tied.
If you are from a country where you normally buy things from China, contact us. It’s probably our fault that your country has not been added to the system yet.
Central and South American countries are not on the system yet. If you happen to be in one, contact us and we’ll give you an estimate on shipping costs. Countries like Colombia, Bolivia or Argentina have very high rates for shipping. Other countries in the unlucky list are New Zealand, Philippines and others in the Asia-Pacific area.
When do you ship my order?
Most orders will ship somewhere in the range of 24-72h, aside of custom consoles or things like the upcoming gbaHD Metal since they need not only assembly but proper testing.
In busy seasons like 11.11, Black Friday, Christmas and other shopping festivals, please be a little lenient on us if we get slightly delayed. We try to get things out as fast as we can, so we work on a first come, first served basis. In case of delays, we’ll keep you updated.
In case of mixed orders, meaning items that have an extended processing time, like consoles and made-to-order stuff, you order will ship when all products are together and ready to ship. If you’d like to split an order in two, we have no problem if you want it that way, but we’ll have to charge you for the shipping of said order/s.
I want to cancel my order, what do I do?
Orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If you place an order on our website and pay for it, we get charged by the payment platform and/or bank a fee that ranges from 1-5% depending on your country and currency. Please, revise all the information before you order. If you change your mind and want to cancel it, we’ll have to discount said fees. Of course, we want to be transparent, so we can show you the amount we got charged as we have no intention in keeping anyone’s money.
Custom-made products like consoles and limited editions cannot be cancelled. They are products made especially for you and we cannot offer you a refund even if you pay the fees.
I want to add something else to my order
If, for any reason, you want to purchase something else before your order ships or you forgot something, but the system shows you the shipping fee again, despite you already payed for it on your main order or you qualify for free shipping by adding this item, contact us directly. We’ll generate a custom link for you to adjust the prices.
Taxes
It’s your legal duty to pay import taxes, VAT or whatever other costs are generated from importing stuff from China. We are not responsible for them and we don’t accept returns just because the overall cost has gotten higher than what you expected. If the situation arrives, we’ll cut your refund amount 25% (plus shipping costs) to compensate for the waste of our time. We always declare the real value, so if you need an invoice to prove the real value of your order, we can send it to you.
Concerning the EU 27 member countries, you are all aware of the change in regulations since last year, so we companies selling to those countries are forced to collect VAT in advance and then forward those taxes to the EU administration (by being registered under the IOSS). Keep it in mind when you order on our store. If you introduce your address in the Cart (no need to go through the checkout process), you’ll see a detailed list of costs, including the VAT from your country and shipping if it applies to you. We try to be as clear and transparent as possible.
